Bold and colourful vintage Chinese vase, a classic piece, mid century

A stunning Chinese export Famille Rose vase, mid century. Decorated with a distinctive palette of enamels, primarily characterized by a dominant pink colour. This style of porcelain decoration originated in China during the Kangxi reign, Qing Dynasty.
This piece is adorned with a vibrant floral pattern in shades of pink, blue, and green. Classic shape, widening from a narrow neck to a fuller body before tapering slightly towards the base. A band with a geometric pattern in blue and green encircles the rim. The painted  peonies interspersed with smaller blue flowers and green leaves cover the majority of the surface.
